Bill and Margaret were very helpful and positive about selling our home even in a very slow housing market.

I just wanted to send a letter to Thank Margaret and Bill for all your hard work on helping us find our perfect home. I know it is not always easy to help people find the perfect but we are thrilled. I have been involved in real estate for many years in Mass and have worked with many people and I cannot say enough about the dedication , fast response, and the ability to stay on top of the sale as you have shown. It has been the best experience we have had and working with you has been fabulous.I know I still call on you for things and even after sale you have been great and we consider you our family up north. Things in life sometimes don't always turn out as planned but Margaret you and Bill made it happen and made it easy. I deal with a lot of people owning my own business, managing my real estate, and being chairman of the board of selectman in Plymouth and you always here the bad things and sometimes the good. I know and appreciate great things and great work ethics and cant say enough.I am sure people don't usually take the time to write the good letters.I should have done it sooner but forwarding me the info that my sister and her husband's offer was accepted and they will be just down the street from us inspired me to say THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH for all memories our families will have in the future with Kristin and my 3 little girls and my sister and her 3 little boys.
